Ever play 5th position on a standard (richter-tuned) harp ?
You have to avoid the 5 draw.
But re-tuning to country-tuned on that 5 draw makes it so 5th position friendly, where otherwise you might need to overblow on hole 5.
This became apparent to me when I was noodling with the song "Black Magic Woman" after watching and listening to Richard Sleigh's YouTube video "Black Magic Harmonica".
